New Traffic Methods with Web 2.0 in 2008

There is a new revolution going on in the world of Internet traffic. Have you ever tried using social networking sites or bookmarking sites to get traffic to your sites? I know everyone has heard of MySpace and Facebook but have you ever tried using those sites to get traffic to your website? I heard somewhere that MySpace is one of the top sites people use when they are online. I if you think that MySpace is just for kids, you better think again. For anyone who is in the business world, you need to rethink that stance. People who are on the net are more apt to have similar goals and interest especially when it comes to purchasing goods online, endeavoring to make a living online or even making social or business connections. Now lets not forget the video sites like Google and Youtube. If you mix your video sites in and make a couple of videos to go along with your blogs or websites, you can get a pretty good flow of traffic. Getting to the top of Google by using Adsense is not the only way you can get ranked high on search engines. Yes PPC is good but let's not put all our eggs in one basket. Use social bookmarking and social networking sites as another way to get people looking at what you have to offer. Use all your resources and work smarter, not harder.
